Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a bright, energetic and passionate individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for ensuring the continued smooth operation of the Laramie Wyoming office by performing clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. This individual may also assist with light bookkeeping duties such as preparing bank deposits, completing A/P and A/R entries, and reconciling bank statements.

Job Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word,  Excel and Powerpoint.
Proficiency with office equipment including computeres, phones, printers, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with bookkeeping software such as Quickbooks is highly desirable.
Understanding of basic bookkeeping such as entering bills and deposits in Quickbooks general office management, including maintaining supplies and equipment, preparing purchase orders, oversight of office security, etc.
Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
Must demonstrate ability to maintain discretion when handling confidential information.
